Our Story
AllegiantVETS was founded by veterans who experienced firsthand how difficult the military-to-civilian transition can be. Despite years of service, leadership experience, and specialized skills, many service members find themselves starting from scratch in the civilian workforce.
We built AllegiantVETS to change that. As a DoD SkillBridge Authorized Provider, we deliver structured career training programs that translate military experience into civilian credentials. Our approach combines live instruction, industry-recognized certifications through Coursera, and direct employer connections to create a clear pathway from service to career.
Today, AllegiantVETS is one of the largest SkillBridge providers in the nation, serving hundreds of transitioning service members across seven career tracks with an 85% placement rate and an average starting salary above $75,000.
