By accessing or using the AllegiantVETS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AllegiantVETS is a talent intelligence platform connecting transitioning military service members with civilian career opportunities. The Service includes career training programs, job matching, community features, AI-powered tools, employer partner access, and related services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. SkillBridge program participation requires active duty military status and command approval in accordance with DoD Instruction 1322.29.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AllegiantVETS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) harass, abuse, or harm others; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (f) use the Service for any purpose not expressly authorized by these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by AllegiantVETS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service, but grant AllegiantVETS a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Employer Partners

Employer partners who subscribe to the Service agree to additional terms governing their use of candidate data, AI tools, and community features. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Employer partners agree to use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AllegiantVETS does not guarantee employment outcomes, job placement, or certification completion. AI-generated content and recommendations are provided as guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllegiantVETS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. AllegiantVETS's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to AllegiantVETS in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

AllegiantVETS may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

AllegiantVETS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
